The A.J. Mounted Rangers have operated in Apache Junction Arizona since the early 1990s. We are all volunteers. The organization has virtually no overhead expenses which allows us to maximize the support we provide each year to the community.

A.J. Mounted Rangers abide by a code of conduct and uphold the traditions and values of the Old West.  People know us for our professionalism and the pride in what we do in our community.

We have a number of officers and we are governed by a board of directors, bylaws and regulations.

The A.J. Mounted Rangers provide peacekeeping services to companies, organizations and special events in and around Apache Junction. You may have seen us at events sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce, the City of Apache Junction, Superstition Harley Davidson, Superstition Mountain Museum and others. We are at Apache Junction Walmart at Thanksgiving and Christmas, we work at the Gilbert Rodeo, and of course, we are proud presenting partners of the Lost Dutchman Days Rodeo.

We have and continue to make a difference in our community through the donations we make each year to deserving charities. Each of these groups pays a fee for our services. That's how we generate the revenue to give back to the community.

Everything we do is 'for the kids'. It's what drives us. It's what motivates us to put in long hours at our clients' events. And we love to know we're making a difference. Some of the groups we support are: Boys and Girls Club of Apache Junction, Head Start, D.A.R.E., Superstition Fire and Medical, Genesis Project, AJ Little League, CAAFA, LDD Royalty and Project Help. We also sponsor horse riding lessons through Good Shepherd Healing Ministries.
