We AJ Mounted Rangers have served our beloved Apache Junction, Arizona since the early 1990s, comprised entirely of enthusiastic volunteers. People know us for our helpful nature, professionalism, dedication to supporting the youth in our community, Wild West flare and, of course, our horses and quads.
We take great pride in what we do in our community. The AJ Mounted Rangers provide peacekeeping and security services to local organizations, companies and special events in and around Apache Junction. You may have seen us in various parades or serving at events sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce, the City of Apache Junction, Apache Junction Parks and Recreation events, Superstition Harley Davidson, Superstition Mountain Museum and so many others. We are much obliged to provide services to Apache Junction Walmart during the Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays, and of course, we are proud presenting partners of the Lost Dutchman Days Rodeo.
The funds earned from our services provided and gracious donations received, are passed along providing support to several youth-focused organizations and charities around the Apache Junction community. Our humble organization has virtually no overhead expenses which allows us to truly maximize the support we are able to happily provide to these places and more each year. Everything we Rangers do is “for the kids”. It’s what drives us. It’s what motivates us to put in long hours at our clients’ events. We love knowing our efforts are making a real difference.
To assist and guide our Rangers in the acts of peacekeeping as a unit and upholding the traditions and values of the Old West, we have an awesome team of Ranger-elected officers and are also governed by a board of experienced directors. Please feel encouraged to contact our Duty Officer to schedule services for your next event. Our Internal Affairs Officer would be delighted to chat with you about becoming an AJ Mounted Ranger. We're a fun group that makes a difference all while putting smiles on kids' faces.
